How can my son get admission in top engineering colleges in Indian or abroad? Should I change my son's board from ICSE to CBSE?

My son is studying in class 6th.

Choose the board which is nearby you. If you have both, then go with ICSE. If you choose CBSE, join him in coaching class. It will make him more competitive.

No, it is not required. You can enroll him to any coaching class from grade 6 to make his base strong in Science. You can make sure he undergoes training required according to his field of interest to appear for the courses of his choice.

There is no need to change the board. He can get admission in IITs through JEE advance.
