    Hi Jass,
    In order to become a block development officer, you should have completed your graduation in any stream from a recognized college/university. Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years and age relaxation will be provided as per government norms. With this eligibility, you have to appear for Administrative Services examination which is conducted by Public Service Commission of the respective state. The selection of the candidates are done on the basis of marks secured in the examination followed by personal interview, so you have to prepare accordingly.
