Education Qualification Most domestic airlines accept crew with 10 + 2 but if we are talking about international airlines they require graduation. Age Requirements For domestic airlines, its a minimum of 18 years, and for international is 21 year.

General eligibility criterion for cabin crew and majority of airlines is as follows: (a) 10+2 pass from a recognised board of education. Based on the question, I can think of two scenarios. As an Indian, a person can work in an airline in India which has international routes or an Indian can work in a foriegn airline and fly international routes that way. Whichever the way, everyone starts at homebase and undergoes the same training
