How can one become a CEO or MD of a bank? Is it through promotions or any other qualification is required?

It is only possible at the time of retirement, but you have to have a good amount of experience and lot of personal contact. -
This is very high rank job and it can be get after a good experience and completing good target and how are you beneficial to any company it depends on that , you need to also have good degree like in management from a reputed institutions , and maintain your good acadmic record , regular participation in conferences, and speech in all over world ,
