How can one improve speed in bank PO exams ?

I appeared for SBI PO lately(1st competitive exam of my life till date)and ended up with very poor attempts(85/200).I tried my level best and was amused by the way people attempt 130-140 questions out of 200 within the time limit of 2 hours !(Disheartened) How shall i work upon my speed ?

Attempt model question papers, as many as possible and set time limit for completing the answers. You will find your speed is increased automatically.All these are matters of practice.
