How can one make career in web developmet (not designing part just alone ) ? like ASP.net , PHP , JSP , Java , C# ? if one really wants to

Are there NO govt. recognized training institutes , which train in these courses .. Or All are just private courses ? What about their "JOB PLACEMENT & ASSISTANCE" after the course ? cuz "JOb is an IMPORTANT concern after course also ! " Please advice & guide !
