To pursue B.Com and CA together you can do B.Com from correspondence and do your CA
the syllabus for B.Com is same as CA
The eligibility criteria for CA final is you must be graduated from a certified university so its better to pursue B.Com with CA.

First and most easy, is to pursue B.Com as distance learning course. As it gives you time to study for your CA course. For it, you can also opt SOL, DU if you are from Delhi. B.Com and CA both are like two people in one boat, that means both are different but the syllabus is almost, say 80%, is same. Hardly, for CA you must ensure with your study material and rtp ot mtp. If you are enrolling any outside institutions for CA you must go for distance learning or correspondence B.Com course. Secondly, if you are the intelligent one, you can opt for regular college with CA
Make sure that you have work hard for it, as it will demand struggle
