How can someone enter in a company as a graduate engg. trainee without campus? Is it via reference or giving interviews on our own?

There are some other ways to enter into a company. You can apply for off-campus examinations or interviews. You can regularly visit some sites which notifies you about different vacancies in companies. I am mentioning some below: 1.
