At the postgraduate level, NIT Trichy offers M.A. English courses to students. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate and the accepted entrance exam is CUET-PG. To get admission to this course, the candidates must apply online on the official website of the university. Then follow the application process and clear all the selection rounds as prescribed by the university.

1. Admission is based on a national level entrance examination along the lines of GATE
followed by a Personal Interview .
2. The entrance test will be conducted on the 3rd Week of May 2022 at multiple centres representing
North, East, West and South Zones (including NIT Tiruchirappalli as one of the centres).
