If you do MA/M.Sc. in applied psychology or HRD psychology, it will definitely have a positive impact. First you decide what you want to do. HR itself is avast area. If you do PG in HRD/ Industrial or applied psychology, you can find career in designing, developing and implementing pschometric tests
