Hi, part time course in fashion designing is like, you'll learn only basics, because the part time course consists of 6 months to a year and that's a Diploma in fashion designing where you'll learn only basics like introduction to fashion designing, basic stitching, whereas if you choose a full time graduation course you'll learn everything if you want to do fashion designing in part time only then you can choose it because here part time you'll learn only basics.
