you have to fill form of SCDL after fees process you can start distance program , you have to contact to distance learning program center for more details

Check your eligibility to apply for SCDL program. SCDL students are studying from all parts of the world. Fee applicable to you will be SAARC country fee. Visit scdl website for more details or call any information centre in India.
