How can we tackle terrorism?

As per a recent news paper report there is 400% rise in terror related financial transactions in 2010. Financial Intelligence Unit reported that there is sharp increase in Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) from 90 in 2009 to 10067 including 362 terror related in 2010. I suggest expert’s discussion

Today, while going by Metroto my workplace, I saw a slogan at one of the railway stations, perhaps put by Shantikunj , Haridwar. It said, "APNA APNA KARO SUDHAR, TABHEE KHATAMM HO BHRASHTACHAR".So, the journey starts her and now.
