AS WE KNOW THAT TERRORISM IS A GREAT THREAT TO OUR NATION.WE CAN ABOLISH TERRORISM FROM OUR COUNTRY BY MAKING OUR YOUNG GENERATION AWARE ABOUT ITS THREATS AND FORMING AND ADOPTING ANTI-TERRORIST POLICIES.LET US BE AWAKE! LET US START THIS JOURNEY.IT IS NOT POSSIBLE UNTIL AND UNLESS WHOLE NATION UNITES AND TAKE EFFECTIVE STEPS TO STOP TERRORISM.OUR GOVERNMENT SHOULD ALSO MAKE MILITARY POWERS STRONG TO OVERCOME TERRORIST ATTACKS AND CHECK SECURITY OF OUR NATION

WE MUST FOLLOW GANDHIAN PHILOSPHIES IN OUR LIFE . BELIEVE ME . THE NON-VIOLENCE MOVEMENT IS MANY TIMES MORE POWERFUL THAN THE VIOLENT ONES.

I think the best way to control terrorism is to spread literacy and give employment to youth.
Also govt. must keep an eye on any monetary transactions going on between the neighbor countries like Pakistan, Afghanistan and Nepal and take immediate action on any suspected matter. Also there is a dire need to Upgrade our Police and Para Military force to a high level in arms and ammunition and that they could take prompt action without any wastage of time in formalities.

Today, while going by Metroto my workplace, I saw a slogan at one of the railway stations, perhaps put by Shantikunj , Haridwar. It said, "APNA APNA KARO SUDHAR, TABHEE KHATAMM HO BHRASHTACHAR".So, the journey starts her and now.

Well after reading the comments by experts, all I want to say that its time India should proactively start its campaign against terrorism like US. If we remain silent now then I guess the time is not far when we would be having a separate jail and a separate court only for terrorists where terrorists like 'Kasab' will live 'happily ever after'!

Hope our politicians will get wisdom to act and react on such atrocity. We Indians never expect an act like America done for their people; it took long ten years to kill the master mind of 9/11. In India is facing continues attacks, serial train blasts in Mumbai, parliament attack, 9-11 attack in Mumbai, bomblast at Javeri bazar list is so long…
    But…?
    WHAT INDIA HAS DONE?
Victims lost their life; their dependents lost a FATHER, SON, SISTER and AND MUCH MORE….
One week HOT NEWS in televisions and SMS polling's, condolences and criticizing governing body. Till now India has not seen much more than it. We(Indians) never expect Americ

Being the victims of repeated terror we will react in the same way as pooja mam reacted, it's very much true the person who attacked inside parliament is still alive… kasab who killed so many innocents is still alive and spending millions for his SECURITY!!! It's really ridicules, but our judicial system has some procedure to fulfill the verdict. i expectDr.KRISHNA KATTI Gautam Joshi Sir to add their valuable views in discussion.

I agree to Sarika's comment. Most of us tend to get prejudiced by the entire group, organization or country from which the terrorists come from. And this is where we start deflecting from the central issue. We start losing our ability to rationalise, and pinpoint the basic causes of terrorism by focussing wrongly on even the innocent people. This further leads to hatred.

Few things we need to be careful to avoid or to remove terror from the root itself:
    - Identify what are the reasons of terrorism
    - Differenciate between religious terrorism and other terrorism
    - Identify, who are the sponsors and bring them to law
    - Social organizations should take a lead to bring all religious fraction preachers and dignitaries to dialogues, and made some constructive decisions to guide the youth to right path.
    - All parents should watch closely their children's movement and if found they are associated with anti-national activists bring them to counseling and try to bring back them to normal. And very basic thing one mus

I am really delighted to see the views of both experts.
Living in Mumbai many a time I feel am I insecure particularly when it 'blasts' close at hand.
It's like a cat and mouse game, some people like us are fortunate this time that we were away from the atrocity Its not happening just with me, people around the globe are insecure and incapable to tackle 'TERRORISM' as Priya mam and @arvind joshi sir mentioned it is not related with any particular religion, it takes birth in minds of people and thus become complicated task to eradicate it…

If my desires are unfulfilled or suppressed, or not given a proper outlet, it results in frustration. If frustration continues, it results in anger. When this anger continues, we wish to bully the weak and wish to achieve our unjustified target---unjustified in the sense that it is a threat to the society. One can see this in small kids, or a senior indulging in ragging. Same with communities who wish to fulfill their unjustified desires through seemingly justified means. The easiest is a wrong interpretation of religion, and then forcing the submissive and ignorant to submit before it.And thus, wars are won to capture regions and make

Well terror has no face or religion, it is a word which can be used to decribe criminal activities against masses and the destryuction caused. One cannot just blame the history to become a terrorist or, in fact there isn't any reason that can or should be made to make one a terrorist.
Tackling terrorism is a very sensitive issue and the more we talk or discuss the ways to tackle they all look small in front of the problem. Yet, I think the most important factor to reduce the same or atleast enlighten the same would be by providing quality education to those who are living in the most affected areas like Terror facing people of Kashmir,
