Yes — GIBS Bangalore is more on the affordable side compared to super-premium B-schools. You do pay a fair amount, but many students feel it gives good return (placements, internships, exposure) for what you pay.

Also, GIBS offers scholarships based on entrance exam performance. For example, if you do well in exams like CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT etc., you can get scholarships like 75,000, 50,000, 5,000 or 25,000 depending on your percentile. So for students who perform well, the cost is reduced and it becomes more affordable.

GIBS Business School is quite affordable compared to many top B-schools. The PGDM programme is around INR 9 Lacs for two years, and the BBA programme is about INR 5 Lacs for three years. It may sound like a lot at first, but when you see the kind of training, exposure, and placements they offer, it feels worth it.

Also, they have scholarship options based on entrance exam scores, academics, and even for students from certain backgrounds. So yes, with the support and quality they provide, the cost feels manageable, especially if you're serious about your career.

The cost is justified by the quality of education, modern campus facilities, and strong placement support. GIBS offers excellent industry exposure, skill development, and networking opportunities, which can significantly boost career prospects. While the fees may be higher than some other colleges, many students find the investment worthwhile due to the valuable experiences, leadership development, and job opportunities provided.
