how could I prepare for I.A.S pre,as it is my first attempt and I am very busy at home duties and my Govt.job.how can I manage this problm?

I'm a married person aged 26.I have 4 attempts as well as 4 years of age.I teach in Govt.school and performing my home duties I could hardly get time to spend in other works.I.A.S.was my first peference.I can't go distance for coaching and i have to manage other works too.how cold i go forward?
