Most probably because exam is over. And students are more concerned about the colleges now.

There was no demo or practice screen given before CAT 2015 (First time since CAT moved online). Verbal Ability had just 3 types of questions: Logical Discontinuity / Out of Context question, Summary of the passage and Para-jumbles.
The shockers were that there was not a single question on Grammar (

I had atempted 40 questions only 14 in english 14 in logical and 12 in quant what would be the percentile ?

Percentile has nothing to do with marks. It is a relative ranking mechanism. Percentile expresses the number of students in percentage who are behind you
Or in short, if your percentile is 95, it just means 95 percentage of all students who took the exam are behind you in terms of ranking. I
