You can probably buy the Arihant book for BITSAT, that will help you understand the pattern as well as the type of questions that are asked in BITSAT.
Some tips:
1) Time management is the key! There are a lot of questions that need to be answered in 3 hours duration.
2) BITSAT also has extra questions if you are able to complete all 150 questions with some time remaining. These questions are asked from PCM only excluding english proficiency and reasoning. These sometimes prove to be worth more than gold.

No, you cannot get admission at BITS Pilani with 60% marks. As per the eligibility criteria students must qualify Class 12 with 75% marks from the recognised board. It is mandatory for students to qualify the eligiblity criteria. The institute also accepts admission based on the entrance exams.
