Hey,
Employment law is a general term for legal regulation of the employment relationship all stages, including recruitment and dismissal, wages and remuneration. It also encompasses anti discrimination, anti-harassment along with anti-retaliation laws.
On the other hand, Labor Law is a relatively narrower area of law which regulates the relations between employers and unions. It comprises provisions on collective agreement, industrial action and lockouts.
Hope this helps !
