    Hi there!
    5-year Experience is required in some of the IIMs, as Although GMAT score is important but work experience plays the most important role for admission in executive MBA programs. In fact, many business schools offer MBA admission without GMAT score if candidates have a good number of years as experience.

    MBA is best, if you do it from IIM India. That would be better for your career. Although, going abroad give you unmatchable experience, but you'll get the more benefit if you pursue your MBA from IIM, by clearing CAT.

    If you are studying MBA in India, you should only study in top colleges which offer you good placements. Something that I have noticed is that most of the management institution claim to offer better placements for MBA compared to UG courses. But that's not true, you often end up with the same package you get after doing a UG course. This is the reason why you should study at the top management institution in India, where you will get good ROI. If you can afford to study from outside that would be the second best option.
