How do foreign universities evaluate the application of students for a Masters course?

It depends on lots of factors and your most recent activities matter more than your high school results. Most important factors are work experience, graduation scores, extracurricular activities and most importantly your essays and SoP. Letter of Recommendation also holds significant importance.
