Eligibility: Class 12 (any stream in many states), minimum forty to forty five percent, age 17+. Process: state nursing council / DME publishes notifications? online form? merit list / entrance test + medical fitness? counselling. ANM fees are modest—often under INR 50 thousand a year in government
