The admission to the BTech programme of IIIT Lucknow is based on the rank of JEE Main. Candidates who qualify for the exam are admitted through Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) and Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB). The admissions to the M.Tech programme are made through the written test conducted by IIIT Lucknow. Students who want IIIT Lucknow M.Tech admissions can apply by filling out the application form released on the IIIT Lucknow website.
