Sohail you need to first start replying regularly to the questions on <a href="https://shiksha.com" style='word-wrap:break-word;'>https://shiksha.com</a> forum, engage in the discussions on its discussion forum and you need to acquire knowledge about the admission processes, subject availabilites in various institutes so that you are in a position to really help the students. You need to understand which courses a student should take under the circumstances prevailing for him/her. You need to develop a good communicative ability so that you are able to make others understand and advice them correctly. You should try to bring yourself in a position where students become eager to get their query answered / solved by you. That would make you a good Expert and then we all also might look forward to gain from your expertise to further enhance our capabilities. The motive should be to effectively solve the education / career related issues of the students in quick time.
