    Hi Vishnu,
A fitness instructor is someone who teaches group classes at a typical gym environment. Zumba, Cardio Kickboxing, Aerobics Classes etc.
A personal trainer on the other hand is more of a one-on-one or one-on-a-few coaching scenario. It's a little bit different in the sense that you are not exercising yourself in front of a class of people, but rather demonstrating and then coaching people on technique, building training programs for people and otherwise helping them achieve their physical objectives.
A nutritionist, gives dietary advice. To give legal dietary advice to unhealthy persons, you have to get a 4 year degree in Human

First of all, you need to have a degree. You need to pursue physical education as your core subject if you want to focus on physical fitness.

    Dear Vishnu
A nutritionist, gives dietary advice. To give legal dietary advice to unhealthy persons, you have to get a 4 year degree in Human Dietetics. This gives you a designation of Registered Dietician, and there are other certifications available to those with graduate degrees in nutrition as well. Thank You!
