Hi Vishnu,
A fitness instructor is someone who teaches group classes at a typical gym environment. Zumba, Cardio Kickboxing, Aerobics Classes etc.
A personal trainer on the other hand is more of a one-on-one or one-on-a-few coaching scenario. It's a little bit different in the sense that you are n

Start coaching immediately. You don't have to do anything fancy from the start. Get certified. While you're coaching, start earning your credentials. Become a complete fitness professional. Learn how to coach real people. Get some business training.
