How do i cancel my admissions in engineering?,college employees are telling me that they are not going to cancelmy admissions.whatshould ido

I just got admission in alpha college of engineering and i paid 20000 rs as an admissions fees,and they ask again 20000 as any kind of semester fees,because of financial conditions i want to cancel my admissions but the college employees are telling me that they are not going to cancel my admissions

Hiiii. Mazhar. give solid resn for your cancellation. like got admission in other college. or some family problem. and submit one copy of application for cancellation,surely they will refund sufficient amount.
