How do I choose the right coaching centre for engineering entrance exam preparation?

Choosing the right coaching institute is really important. Consider following factors while making a decision- 1. Look up at the records of the coaching institutes for past few years. See if the numbers are steady or fluctuating too much. If numbers are fluctuating too much it means that the coaching institute is not able to meet the requirements of everyone. 2. Very important - Talk to the students in the coaching personally and get their reviews about it. See how the coaching treats everyone. A good coaching should give attention to every student. It is the case in many institutes that toppers are given special attention while average students are neglected. There is no problem in giving special attention to toppers but in this process other students shouldn't been harmed. 3. Location also is a very important factor. See if you will be able to stay in a hostel for two years and study properly or would prefer coaching in your own city. 4. Research - Do it properly before taking admission in any coaching institute.

Selection of coaching institutes is very important while going to prepare for engineering entrance examination.The above question arises in the mind of most of the aspirants. Choose coaching institutes keeping the below points in mind: 1.First of all, you need to see last few years record of the Institute. Selection percentage of the coaching should be satisfying. 2. Talk to current student and try to understand the teaching methodology and quality of teachers. 3. Choose the one which has the good quality students too. 4 Location may be another good factor. Kota will be the best option for JEE preparation but there are so many coaching institutes in the city. You need to choose one according to your mindset. If you want to just crack and rank doesn't matter much the go to motion IIT JEE or ALLEN career institute. If your aim is to crack JEE Advanced with a very good rank then choose Vibrant Academy or Bansal classes.You may choose FIIT JEE South Delhi, Narayana, Vidya Mandir Classes, Lakshya, etc.

India has a multitude of coaching centres for the preparation of the competitive exams for engineering. You cannot pick the best option out of those. You must keep in mind that the coaching institutes will only teach Maths, Physics and Chemistry and that would come as the final syllabus for the exam. So, you have got to give in the right amount of time and effort for self-study to clear these competitive exams, because as such there is no best coaching centre for the same.

Hi, There are particular things to be considered while selecting the right coaching center for engineering entrance exams. These things/criterias are discussed as below: 1. Results of last five years: If the coaching institution is successful in producing toppers continuously, it can be considered worth joining. But you should make sure that the results that they are displaying are true I.e., the students whose results are displayed belong to the same institute. 2.1. Faculty: Coaching Centre should have well educated teaching staff. If the faculty is treating all the students same irrespective of their class ranks in tests, then it's a good coaching. These kind of faculty members generally give personal attention to all the students. 2.2. Batch size: The last sentence of the last point is complementary to this point. Batch size should not be so high, that even being a good faculty, he/she can't give personal attention to the students. 2.3. Availability of the teachers: Teachers should be approachable outside the class as well. At least one of the teachers of every subject should be available for all the time to clarify students' doubts. 3. Quality and Frequency of Test Series: A good quality coaching conducts the tests regularly having high quality questions.

Every Indian town is full of large number of engineering entrance examination coaching centres. It is difficult to decide which institute an engineering aspirant must join. An Engineering degree aspirants must choose coaching centre based on following criteria: (a) Reputation and qualifications of Faculty (b) Size of class. Smaller size of class helps in providing individual attention. (c) Past track record of Institute (d) Type of students. If class consist of high caliber students then the competitive environment would keep up your motivation levels. (e) Readiness of teachers to provide right inputs. Inputs from faculty would help grasp more knowledge within limited period of time. (f) Regular conduct of mock up and test. Taking tests that Institute conduct regularly would help you improve your speed and ability to handle different types of questions. (g) Availability of career and physiology counsellor to help in improvement of confidence and positive contribution in morale & motivation.
