It is available online or offline in different formats for both mock tests and the downloading of question papers.
You can access sites that give sample papers or previous years' question papers/mock test papers to take a mock test. Most of the sites that are real would include names like Examrage, Testbook, or the board's website, and their links are attached to their relevant exams for downloadable PDFs.
