How do I ensure a good placement after MBA?

To ensure a good placement it is very important to choose a college that would provide you ample opportunities to develop your overall personality. I have done my Masters from PCTE Group of Institutes and the college really focuses a lot on developing the skills of its students that not only helps them academically but helps in getting placed in good companies that offer decent packages. PCTE works a lot on its students be it the communication skills or increasing the confidence by sending the students on nationwide competitions, or how to have a professional code of conduct and being aware of what is happening globally, understanding the concepts by providing hands on experience and the list goes on. Having said that PCTE has not only prepared us for the outer world but has provided us with great placement opportunities where the maximum package is 10 lacs and the average is 6.5 Lacs with 300+ job offers and more than 130 companies visiting campus every year. So, go for a college that would enhance your skills so much that you would definitely get a good placement.
