How do I finish my HSC/Degree (arts) after 8 years of the gap from SSC?

I finished my SSC in 2008 but after that, I did try to Go for a Diploma but I could not finish the first year Because of my family tragedy and various personal reasons. But now I want to finish my HSC/Degree and I have 8 years of gap ( I am 29 years old now ). .
