    Believe you can do it. One of the biggest difference between folks from different college tiers is self belief. Folks in Tier1 colleges just assume and know that jobs in Google/Microsoft/Amazon are for them. But I think these companies are just looking for talent. Just that there is more Probability of finding a good candidate in Tier1 college, it saves time for these giants to prefer resumes from Tier 1 colleges. I have seen a good many candidates from Tier2 or Tier3 colleges doing exceptionally well. So start believing that it is not college tier but your talent which is going to get you there.
