    Dear Simon, You first need to get your admission letter from the University you intend to go to then you need to submit the same to the bank with your loan application and you need to provide property as security for the loan as any loan above 7.5 lacs needs collateral, you may try with CREDILA as they may provide without collateral if you can submit a guarantor with high-income tax paying proof.
