How do I get admission in top international universities like Harvard, MIT for space related post graduate courses?

I am from Kerala and had 94.79% in class 12th. Currently, I am a pre final year electrical engineering student in a government college in Kerala. Can I know about the scholarships offered by these colleges?

First of all, check the requirements for the course for which you are applying. Then take the test like GRE TOEFL or SAT. Apply before the deadline and pay the application fee.
