How do I get admission to MBBS course?

<p><span aria-haspopup="dialog" aria-expanded="false" aria-controls="radix-:r1c:" data-state="closed">To get admission to an MBBS course in India, you need to fulfill the criteria. Primarily the candidate must have passed in the Class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with 50 % marks for the Open category while 40% for the SC/ST category. </span><span aria-haspopup="dialog" aria-expanded="false" aria-controls="radix-:r1d:" data-state="closed">After that one has to get themselves registered and sit for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) which is only legal entry point to MBBS. </span><span aria-haspopup="dialog" aria-expanded="false" aria-controls="radix-:r1e:" data-state="closed">Depending on the NEET score that he/she has obtained then the candidate has to appear for counseling process where from you can choose your own college of medical. </span><span aria-haspopup="dialog" aria-expanded="false" aria-controls="radix-:r1f:" data-state="closed">It means that the student is granted an admission based on the performance of the previous academic years and/ or entrance test and the number of colleges the students selected during the counseling session.</span></p>
