You must be eligible to take the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, or NEET-UG, in order to be admitted to the Indian MBBS program. Passing Class 12 with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and earning at least 50% of the possible points (40 percent for reserved categories) are prerequisites for eligibility. For government, private, and deemed universities, admission is determined by NEET results and counseling procedures.
