How do I get into an aided MFA (creative writing) programme in North-Western or IOWA? What are the criteria for the selection?

Your previous query mentions that you are doing 11th. So naturally, you are not eligible to pursue a Master's degree course without even completing your Bachelors. Complete your 12th with good grades and then complete your Bachelors. If you want to study in the US, you must do well in your studies and develop your overall profile.
