How do I get into IIM after completing Engineering? I have completed 12th with 80% and planning to pursue Mechanical Engineering.

I think it is too early to decide about your MBA. You should finish your technical education first. MBA and engg are radically different fields.
You can get into IIMs by appearing for CAT (common admission test).
