    The Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) is a prominent factor in any students life. Every semester results are announced as that terms GPA (TGPA), and the cumulative average of all semesters is calculated as CGPA. The best way of keeping your CGPA high is to do well in the initial attempt itself. TGPA for a subject is calculated using factors like Attendance, CAs, MTE (wherever applicable), and ETE. The importance of CA marks cant be stressed enough, they are the lifelines to your total score, and the best 2 of 3 are picked.     There are some ways to get more CGPA at LPU:
    1) Attend classes regularly because if your subject attendance is above 90% then you will get 5 Marks without any risk. These 5 marks will be directly added to your final result. Most of LPU subjects semester final marks weightage calculation looks like this:
    Attendance-5marks + CA marks (best 2 CA out of 3)-20marks + MTE-25Marks + ETE-50Marks. Total of 100 marks.
    2) At the beginning of the semester, Always try to give 1st CA of the subject. Because 1st CA out of 3 CA's is always easy.

    Being consistent in class and attending lectures will help you get a high grade point average (CGPA). If your attendance is at least 90%, you will receive credit. CA (Continuous Assessment) is important, and you must perform well on each CA. Depending on the subject, you must provide 3, 4, or CA. I hope it helps!
