Yes, this certificate is very important and will be submitted to the university at the time of admission. Without this, your admission may be rejected. You will get the certificate with your marksheet, but for the time being, your school can give you a TC.

Migration certificate isn't important for taking admission in any university. SLC is important document which is needed to take admission in any university. Migration is optional.

You will get the migration certificate with the 12th class marsheet only. At the time of document collection, 2 papers will be given to you, one will be the marksheet and other will be the migration certificate.

Marksheet means, board mark sheet.

Yes, it is an important document. If you have paid the fee amount of migration certificate then it will come from the board with the marksheet.
