how do i get PG certification from Germany

iv fin my mbbs do i need to retake the 6yrs course there or apply for residency at hospital directly plz advice i read simillar questions but was not able to determine what is to be done to go to germany exactle plz tell me can i get a PG certification and residency in germany or not
