How do I get the degree as I haven't completed engineering and have one more year left? But, I have 4 years of work experience.

I am 29 years old. I was supposed to finish my engineering in 2011, but due to some personal reasons, I quit after 3 years and never got back to it. I have been working for four years now. Please suggest how to get a degree? If not engineering, can I get an equivalent degree that might help me?
