Join English spoken classes, read English newspapers, watch English movies (even if you not understanding any word) listen English songs. You can try to talk your customer care representative they won't judge it will increase your confidence. Hope this will help. All the best. -

5 years agoI hope that you have good chances for interaction. Begin with increasing your exposure to English. Writing frequently and cultivate thinking in English, first. Read loudly to make yourself familiar with aspects of pronunciation. Listen to good English, being spoken. It is all a matter of practice and time.
