How do I prepare for inorganic chemistry for the JEE Advanced?

For JEE, go through the NCERT books and solve seats from resonance coaching and you can refer ABC book. Solve previous years question papers from Arihant.

Hello JEE Aspirants! Some tips for IOC- Start writing the reactions, only way to have command n reaction. Understand the mechanism. Make a flow chart when you complete a chapter, the best way to recall things at once. Check what type of problems are asked on specific topics, try to go for the easiest approach. Understand periodic table and all the trends. Stick to the fundamentals &amp; syllabus only. Make your own Mnemonics. Inorganic is a matter of high importance as most of aspirants leave it due to rote learning and that is where they defeat themselves. Just few things in mind. Learn each and every line from NCERT and solve the questions and illustrations as well. Only 2-month preparation does not work for this, be serious about this subject from the very start. Revise regularly. Go for the reliable sources, Cenage, NCERT and coaching modules. Devote much time for this subject. It requires efforts. Read as much as you can, soon it will fit in your mind. Start the basics from NCERT. Just read the chapters and mark important points, structure, formula, exception. Now try to memorize the things. Test yourself solving the problems. Once you are done with this, go on for a advanced level book. Revise the things again. Go for variety of questions. Keep on revising. Thanks.
