hav degree in mba -hr and work exp of 1.5 yrs in recruitment and training .not working for 3 yrs.how do i restart my career? want to restart my career by doing certified course in soft skills from some good organisation/institiute in pune preferably /mumbai and then apply for job.suggest for same
