How do I upgrade my technical and managerial skills for better job? Should I go for an MBA or any technical degree?

I have completed my B.Tech in 2012 and done PGD in Industrial Automation in 2013. I have work experience in DCS and PLC. I am working in Power Plant as an Instrumentation Engineer since 2013. What would be good for me?

You have been employed as an Instrumentation Engineer in a power plant since 2013, therefore one way to improve your career prospects would be to concentrate on improving your abilities in automation, project management, and digital transformation within the energy industry. Considering the growing emphasis on Industry 4.0 and renewable energy, you can think about taking courses in artificial intelligence, SCADA systems, or the Internet of Things (IoT) to advance your technical knowledge.
