How do I use my Mains marks to get a seat in engineering colleges which use EAMCET as the entrance exam?

I got 60% in IPE (state board). I have qualified Mains with a score of 98 (rank 77162 general). I have no scope in EAMCET.

If you are qualified in mains you can get "B" category seat according to EAMCET in top 10 colleges. This notification will starts with in a week after EAMCET examination.

Thanks for the answer! Could you be more specific regarding this? Like, do I have to pay donation or kind of money to college and do they see IPE percentage?
