Hello Chandni, JEE entrance examination is considered as one of the toughest examination for Engineering entrance test in the country. More than 12 Lacs students compete for just about 50000 seeds. On the other hand BITSAT is conducted by a Deemed to be university and not many students appear for it, since the fees to be paid if one gets admission is quite high, as compared with the fees of government college after JEE Mains. The cutoffs are quite stiff in JEE Mains as compared with BITSAT. If you ask about the procedure it's about the same for both these examinations. Best wishes to you.
