For this, you need to visit NIT or IIT site and see the ranking list of different colleges of NIT and IITs and then you can easily decide which college is better. Good luck. -
You can select which one is better on the basis of your branch, college NIRF rank, various websites reviews, chat with college students on fb or other social media, use comparing tool method of colleges on websites, etc. Also, on youtube you can get their ranking. Just spent some time on google. According to my all IITs are good and in NIT, don't go for eastern NITs.
