How do you compare IIT - Delhi with respect to further study (MS) from MIT? I have scored 91 rank in JEE advance.

IIT Delhi is one of the top ranked institutes of India. They have very good professors and good research options. IIT Delhi is well known by US universities, so it will definitely be a plus for you when you apply for MS in MIT. Just make sure you maintain good cgpa and undergo quality research in undergraduate. -
You are a brilliant student. In my opinion, if you continue to do well in BTech CSE at IIT Delhi, MIT will be a better option for MS in CS in comparison to MTech CS at any of the IIT.
