a year agoPGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) is a Diploma degree which is issued by AICTE recognised institutions in a 2 year full time programme. PGPM (Post Graduate Programme in Management) is not a degree course but a certification course. PGPM is more suited to experienced people whereas PGDM is more suited to fresher students.
