In each semester, GIBS delivers real-world experience and application through its integrated practice in learning and industry exposure. This combination of classroom theory meets live project work (case studies, simulations and experiential assignments) with real-world business issues
For example, throughout every term, GIBS provides learning opportunities not only from professors and administrators but also through industry-related guest lectures, corporate talks and workshops; as well as through alumni presentations. Industries offer insight into their organizational strategies, and students have the chance to interact with industry professionals in a professional setting.
Attendees also benefit from the many other opportunities provided by on-campus faculty, such as the industrial visits/professional internships and field research projects. Faculty members will continually connect academic concepts with real-world market trends. In addition to the curriculum, GIBS is committed to supporting all students during every semester with initiatives that promote practical skill development, exposure to the industry, and job readiness through annual conferences, Innovation, Research, and Entrepreneurship (IRE) projects, Start-Up projects, Innovation (start-up competition) and skills certification programs all contribute to GIBS providing practical skills, industry knowledge and job readiness from first semester onward.
